Fresh pasta is far less complicated than its reputation suggests, and there’s no doubt that it trumps its dried-out cousin in the taste department. Join Kathryn for our ever popular class on how to make your own Pasta Fresca, and how to cook it with flair. You’ll each be making your own fresh pasta dough, then we’ll use that dough to make a selection of cut and filled pasta together with accompanying sauces. And because fresh pasta is our focus, we’ll be keeping our sauces and fillings fresh, seasonal, and simple to make.
Class Fee: $139 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 4-hour hands on cooking class, a full meal with paired drinks, and a recipe pack to take home.
