When does Drag Racing start?

Drag racing is on Saturday and is scheduled to start at 10:00 am, spectator gates open at 9 am.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Your ticket may be used by anyone; however, tickets have a unique code and allows one-time admission only. You will be issued a wristband at time of entry and may re enter at no charge providing you have your wristband on, if band is removed you WILL be charged admission again…NO EXCEPTIONS.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

The names do not have to match. Tickets have a unique code and will be scanned upon entry, one-time admission only.

Can I get a refund on my ticket(s)?

Yes, you can get a refund 7 days prior to the event starting. If you do not notify us within 7 days prior to the event no refund(s) will be issued.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, you must PRINT A PHYSICAL COPY of your ticket(s) and bring to the event to expedite your admission without additional fees.

Is there a rain date?

Ukrainian Heritage Foods Workshop @ Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village

Learn how to create pyrohy from start to finish, and then sample your efforts! Armed with hands-on experience and a take-home recipe, you’ll be able to bring a taste of Ukrainian-Canadian culture to your own kitchen.

11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (please arrive at the Visitor Centre at 10:45 a.m.)

Cost $25/adult or senior (18 years or older), $15 per adult/youth (7-17 years old). Youth must be accompanied by an adult.

Fees include admission to the site. Workshop attendees are encouraged to come early or stay after to explore.

SIN Campover @ Campbell Cove

The Social Information Network (SIN) will be hosting a kinky overnight camp out. There will be several stations set up and a good 40 or so acres of forest to play in.

Festivities will start on Saturday afternoon and continue until Sunday afternoon. Potluck dinner around 5-6 and roasties round the fire later in the evening.
