River Valley Walk

In honour of International Day of Indigenous Peoples, Dr. Dwyane Donald, an associate professor at the University of Alberta, will lead a walk that will paint a picture of Indigenous history of the river valley surrounding the University of Alberta’s North Campus and tell traditional Cree stories. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about Indigenous ways of life.

We will be meeting right outside the Highlevel Diner: 10912 88 Ave NW

Alternatively, you can choose to join a group that will be departing from the Pride Centre of Edmonton at 6:00 PM via the LRT to attend the walk.
