Drawing on the cultural culinary influences from open borders, we are excited to welcome James Beard Award nominated “From The Wild” alumni, Kelowna’s Chef Aman Dosanj who will lead this evening of edible storytelling is inspired by the spice and trade routes of India. This four-course dinner with beverage-pairings will feature sustainable seafood in a new light!
