Our annual festival wouldn’t be complete without a little extra heat in the kitchen! Award winning chefs Chef Rogelio Herrera of Calgary’s ALLOY and Chef Edgar Gutierrez of Edmonton’s Kanto 98 are turning it up with Chef Lino and preparing a multi-course dinner using farm fresh ingredients and sustainable seafood with Latin-Asian twist.
