Sushi Making Class + Beer Tasting

Celebrate the New Year with a cooking class that features two of our absolute favorite things (besides cake)!

Our first ever Sushi Making Class will be paired with a stellar Beer Tasting provided by our good friend Matt from St. Albert based Endeavor Brewing. 🍻🐠

Our 3 assortments of delicious Fresh Fish we will be working with throughout the class will be provided by another local friend, and legend – Effing Rob, of St. Albert based Effing Seafood.

Learn where and how your local seafood is caught, transported and delivered. Experience the unique tastes and textures of fresh Yellowfin Tuna, Albacore Tuna, & Regal Salmon + which crisp beers pair best with each preparation.

Create 3 of your own large hand made sushi rolls from scratch. Enjoy a sample serving while sipping ice cold brews, and package the rest up for you to take home with you! (Or hang out and dine with your pals at Confections 😉)

Each student will take their Sushi Mats home with them at the end of class!
