The First Bottle Release from The Monolith

The time has come! Join us in the Bottle Room on Dec. 15, from 1-5pm, to purchase the first beer to come out of the barrels at The Monolith. Our batch size is quite limited, so there will be a limit of two bottles per customer. We will also have 100ml pours available for purchase in the Bottle Room, to try before you buy.

Across the lobby in Biera we will also be serving this new beer, but in pour sizes of 100ml, 175ml, and full bottle service. To celebrate this release Chef Christine will be preparing special dishes to pair with the beer.

Starting Dec. 17 we plan to regularly offer The Monolith beer by the glass and bottle in Biera, as well as selling bottles to go.

The Bottle Room is on the main floor of the Ritchie Market. This is a drop-in event, no tickets are needed.
