4th Annual Bridge Of Life

YEG Mental Health presents: 4th Annual Bridge Of Life – Suicide Prevention/Awareness Day candle light vigil.

7pm: Arriving at the park you will be welcomed by the smiling faces of YEG Mental Health committee members as you pick up your candle and a complimentary refreshment of coffee, tea or water.

We encourage you to then take in the atmosphere of the evening, maybe mingle and make new connections.

8pm: We start with our speakers. We are grateful and honoured to have our Special Guest Speaker: Elizabeth Turnbull

8:30pm: We will light our candles together and cross the high level bridge

There will be a pause on the bridge, as we remember the lives lost to suicide.

We will continue back to the park and end the night with reflection.

Together we can help anyone suffering by sending the message: “You are NOT alone! We can stand together, keep the conversation going and show solidarity in creating change!”
