Create your own fine chocolates

In our state-of-the-art chocolate studio, you’ll learn about the world of fine chocolate and get a glimpse into the intricate process to make our award-winning chocolate bonbons. Then you’ll have the chance to design your own chocolates using a variety of techniques and colourful cocoa butter paints. No class is complete without some chocolate desserts and refreshments.

Our master chocolatier, Brett Roy, leads the class. He strives to be one of the best in his field. He’s won dozens of international chocolate awards and was named one of the Top 10 chocolatiers in North America by a panel in New York.
