Heritage Heat BBQ Competition – Over $7,000 in Prize Money!

Mountain View Events & The BBQ on the Bow Society are pleased to host The Heritage Heat BBQ Competition (link to competitor registration form below for all categories)

The Master Series Event – Sunday May 26 is a Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) Sanctioned BBQ Competition. Rookie or Experienced Pro teams are welcome to compete! Per the KCBS rules Teams will cook four meat categories: Chicken; Pork Rib; Pork; and Brisket.

Backyard Competition – Saturday May 25 we invite BBQ Enthusiasts to compete in a Backyard (non-professional) competition. Teams will cook up their favorite “Pork Ribs” and a second selection (TBD) for judges and attendees to enjoy! Teams will be judged on each meat category separately as well as prizes for best booth and best dressed team.

Kids-Q – This competition is open to kids under 16 years of Age to Compete. Teams will compete in two meat categories (TBD) as well as for best booth and best dressed team.
