Indigenous Culinary Experience Featuring Chef Shane Chartrand
Ernest’s Dining Room and NAIT Culinary students are excited to join forces with Chef Shane Chartrand, an award-winning NAIT alumni, Executive Chef of the River Cree Resort & Casino and author of Marrow, a cookbook featuring recipes of progressive indigenous cuisine. Chef Chartrand says, “Cooking is all I have ever done! Yet I still want to see, learn, do and cook more.” For this event, he has designed an exclusive menu featuring aboriginal-inspired Canadian local cuisine that you will not want to miss.
Net proceeds will benefit the Culinary Aboriginal Scholarship Fund.
