#POPUPATCULINA: Themed one-off dinners that feature some of our favourite local food and beverage purveyors! This time we celebrate Holi (Festival of Colours) with Calgary-based Author of A Spicy Touch, Karen Anderson!

Karen and Noorbanu Nimji worked for nine years to bring A Spicy Touch to fruition. From Indian Classics to the novel tastes of Indo East African fusion to contemporary Canada’s wide open global palate influences, this book delivers crowd-pleasing food with the voice of a great mentor to guide the cook.
