Princess Sparkle – an original design inspired by Meghan Markle’s wedding tiara

You will create your own shimmering gem in this easy introduction to counted canvas embroidery taught by the Edmonton Needlecraft Guild. All materials will be supplied. You will simply choose your favourite jewel-tone colours, learn the basic stitches and add glittering crystal beads to complete this sweet embroidered Hapsburg Lace. Several experienced guild instructors will be on hand to make sure you receive all the attention you need. Your completed project may be framed, transformed into an ornament or into sparkling jewelry fit for a royal princess .

Schedule

5:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Check in, grab a snack and wine, explore the pyramids.

6:00 – 7:00 – Stitching!

7:00 – 7:30 – Guided tour of the Muttart

7:30 – 7:45 – Dessert and coffee

7:45 – 8:45 – More stitching!

Includes: Admission to the Muttart Conservatory, Stitching Kit, Instruction, Guided tour of the pyramids after dark, dessert, tea and coffee.
