From July 26 to August 4, Londonderry Mall invites all shoppers to take part in the Practice Safe Sips campaign and pledge to eliminate the everyday use of plastic straws. The first 500 people to sign the pledge at Guest Services will get a free steel straw!
Many of our mall tenants will be replacing all plastic straws with paper straws from July 26 – August 4. The leftover plastic straws will be used to create a unique art installation that will be showcased inside the mall.
A recycling station will be in East Court where you can bring your plastic straws to be recycled by TerraCycle!
