Prairie on the Plate dinner at Northern Chicken

September is National Chicken Month, and to help our commodity partner Alberta Chicken Producers celebrate, our next Taste Alberta – Prairie on the Plate dinner will highlight….wait for it…Chicken!

On Monday, September 30, 2019, Northern Chicken will play host to a multi-course meal that is sure to make Alberta chicken producers across the province proud. Menu for the family-style dinner is:

1st course – Grains and Preserves – selection of breads, pickles, and pork Terrine

2nd course: Chicken and Dumplings

3rd course: Sweet Tea brined Fried Chicken served family style with sides

dessert: Pot au Sucre, sugar cookies
