BOARDING
Boarding begins at at 12 PM or 1 PM depending on the date. Boarding closes 1 hour later. The boat is back to shore around 2.5 hours after boarding begins.

Sales of tickets with food will typically be stopped 36 hours before the event.

Parking at Rafters Landing is open to the general public and can fill up quickly. We strongly encourage you to take public transportation, taxi, Uber, walk and/or car pool!

Please ensure you leave enough time to find parking.

Departure times are strict. No latecomers. No refunds or exchanges.

Guests should be prepared to walk approximately 200 meters North from the ticket shack down an incline or stairs.

The boat is wheelchair accessible and has a handicap accessible washroom on the main deck. Be aware that there is a slope from the parking lot to the dock. And accessing the boat via the gangway involves an incline up and then an incline down.

Infants need (free) tickets. Infants not allowed if event is 18+. No outside food allowed except for infants. Strollers are allowed but we cannot be held responsible for them.

We are licensed and offer full bar service. Food is available; prices and menu depend on the specific event you book.

WEATHER/CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Ship’s Captain makes all decisions regarding the safe sailing of the Edmonton Riverboat. He or she may decide to remain at port or return early due to weather, or even cancel sailing entirely because of inclement conditions.

Passenger safety comes first. If your ticket includes food, the Edmonton Riverboat will remain at dock and your meal will be served there. If the cruise is canceled by the Captain, and passengers are not permitted onboard the vessel, the ticket price will be refunded, or the cruise re-booked, at the customer’s option.

We are at the mercy of North Saskatchewan water levels–they fluctuate rapidly and are unpredictable. We strive to provide the highest quality sailing experience. Be aware that the sailing route may be adjusted depending on water levels.
