7th Annual Responsible Pet Ownership Day
Parkland County is pleased to host the 2019 Responsible Pet Ownership Day on Saturday September 21st 12:00 p.m. to 4 p.m.
This free, indoor, family and pet (on-leash) friendly event includes:
– Hot dog and pop BBQ (all proceeds going to local animal rescues)
– $5.00 dog nail trims (all proceeds going to local animal rescues)
– $20.00 microchip implants
– Caricature Artist
– Bouncy Castle
– Face-painting and much more!
Enforcement Officers from Parkland County, the Town of Stony Plain, and the City of Spruce Grove will be on-site and available to answer your questions and share information on being a responsible pet owner in your community.
Parkland County Animal Shelter staff and local animal rescue groups will be on hand to talk about their rescues, fostering, and adoptions. There may even be some adoptable pets for you to meet.
