DIY Probiotic Pops and Kombucha Crafting Workshop

Elaine from The Herbal Mama in Edmonton has created a workshop to get our fermentation on!

She is a a Clinical Herbalist, Iridologist, detox specialist & fermentation revivalist; dedicated to helping others use traditional food as medicine to heal at the root cause. Her mission is to be a health detective for herself and show others how to evoke the natural healing process that our body innately has in order to wake-up & feel alive again!
We will be creating a water berry kefir and apple berry kombucha. Each participant samples a variety of probiotic pops + takes home a SCOBY with recipes!
